This study investigates hip flexor tightness in young adults aged 18-25, focusing on its prevalence and potential contributing factors. A representative sample of 385 participants was involved, 94.3% them showed tightness. Sedentary behavior decreased physical activity were identified as The findings emphasize the importance addressing tightness, it can lead to discomfort, compromised movement patterns, quality life. emphasizes need for interventions promoting regular ergonomic practices.
